Durability and Flexural properties of Concrete slabs with mixed GFRP bars and Steel bars

چکیده

Many researchers have shown that it is engineering feasible to use fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) bars instead of steel as the tension-affected main in reinforced concrete structures. However, slabs strengthened with FRP are limited field civil engineering. For example, elastic modulus low, and ductility member reduced due brittleness bars. To solve these problems much possible, scholars adopted an idea can both members. There still some bending behavior durability proposed structural reinforcement, further research needed this area. In paper, GFRP reinforcement mixing on properties experimental research, important findings summarized.
